We are looking for our future Account Manager, you will be helping our cyber-analysts who operate the CybelAngel service by contextualizing the data leaks automatically discovered by our tools on the Dark web and connected objects.

As such you will be responsible on one hand for the renewal and on the other hand for our business expansion, focusing on upsell and cross sell,

MISSIONS

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be in charge of upselling and cross selling while avoiding any downsells.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

  • Be responsible for contract renewals with upsell and cross-sell for all the Pod’s clients after the 12th month of contract
  • Know every detail and gotchas about your clients’ contracts,
  • Be in charge of coordinating required resources for a successful renewal: Legal, Finance, IT and DPO (security questionnaire), etc.
  • Coordinate resources for RFPs if it is needed for the renewal to be successful
  • Attend the QBRs at least 3 months before the renewal date, to prepare the renewal and pitch new solutions for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Participate in the implementation of our Customer Success & Account management Strategy by respecting the strategic guidelines communicated by the founders,
  • Ensure frequent and complete reporting to the Head of Cyber.

To do this, you will be trained when you start working as an analyst in order to fully master our tools and processes.


Profil recherché

  • 2 to 5 years experience in a Sales, BDR, AE, Account Manager or Customer Success Manager role with key enterprise accounts,
  • Strong sense of customer service and business
  • Excellent ability to create interpersonal relationships and interact with different interlocutors, be it our clients or our internal teams, sometimes technical and sometimes high-level.
  • Excellent ability to listen, speak and collaborate with these different interlocutors.
  • Ability to be proactive and always work in anticipation
  • Very good sense of organization and management of multi-stakeholder projects,
