Main Responsibilities

The Country Manager, in close collaboration with the Group’s management team and with the support of central teams, will be responsible for:

• Defining and implementing the local commercial strategy: This involves identifying new real estate,
• operators/projects to finance and marketing our investment solutions to local investors,
• Adapting the Group’s marketing strategy based on local specificities,
• Building and leading the team based on the defined strategy,
• Establishing relationships with Spanish regulatory authorities,
• Ensuring profitability and growth of the local branch.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in finance,
• Strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset,
• Interest in the sector,
• Leadership, a taste for challenges, and autonomy,
• Fluent in Spanish and English and French
