As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the Spanish or Italian market, you will join a CSM Unit in charge of supporting our clients in the implementation of their ESG reputation programs. Reporting to a CSM Lead, in liaison with the Country Manager, your missions will be as follows:
🤝 Provide technical and functional support to clients in conducting their surveys:
On-boarding of customers on the back-office
Presentation of the different functionalities available to them
Accompaniment in the parameterization of the survey and throughout the project
Closing of the survey and accreditation
💡 Detect customer needs
Identify and report to the Country Manager/Account Executive the customer needs in an up-sell logic (additional Saas products, post-survey support, training, …)
🎧 Participate and take responsibility in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience in using the platform
Graduated with a Master’s degree, with 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, SaaS in an HR environment.
You have a real appetite for HR concepts (understanding the HR issues of our customers, employer branding, recruitment, etc.) and in project management.
You are very rigorous in project management, educational and have excellent interpersonal skills. You have a sense of service.
You are fluent in Spanish and Italian . You enjoy working in a team 🇪🇸 🇮🇹 🇵🇹
For this role, experience in project management / customer service will be essential to be able to accompany your clients and to bring them on board in our ChooseMyCompany reputation universe. Your comfort with HRIS tools will be a plus.
