MISSIONS

As the Partnerships Project Manager, your mission involves:

Strategy & coordination

• Maintain relationships with a portfolio of Friend and Ambassador partners to ensure that all possible synergies are considered. You will oversee those partners, with the support of the Head of Global Partnerships, in case of particular need.
• Participate in the development of the international pool of partners from the ecosystem (international institutions, public institutions, NGOs, associations, networks, French & international incubators, and accelerators).
• Develop partnership opportunities with strategic partners defined in advance with the Head of Global Partnerships.
• On an ongoing basis, identify rising actors of the ecosystem in France, and more widely in Europe.
• Support on thematic programs: Young Leaders Program and Women for Change Initiative.
• Cross-team coordination on communication.
• Oversee all ChangeNOW supports where ecosystem / ambassador / friend partners are present (website, digital platform).
• Coordination of the digital event platform for all partner subjects: supervise partner requests and adjustments to the platform as needed.

Support on the following major academic projects:

• Ranking of schools and universities to change the world
• Collective projects with business schools (in very close collaboration with the editorial team)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience

• Project management: ability to manage a schedule
• Experience in building long-lasting partnerships
• Good knowledge of the positive impact ecosystem
• Entrepreneurial culture

Qualities

• Excellent level of English (native or bilingual)
• Representation skills: oral fluency to address high level profiles
• Very good listening, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Seriousness, autonomy, and result orientation
