- Support the Group PR team in its day-to-day activities; coordinate with various stakeholders, spokespeople and PR agencies; participate in regular planning calls and provide support for content, news and ideas
- These activities would focus mostly on Capgemini’s global programs for sectors and business units as well as: Innovation, Talent, Sustainability or all Capgemini sponsorships (Rugby, Golf, Nobel Prize Outreach)
- Manage and export the Group daily press clipping
- Develop media coverage reports and regular progress/results reports for the business and newsletters
- Prepare media briefing notes for spokespeople ahead of media meetings
- Draft, translate and edit press releases, as well as other communication content (such as bylines, blogs, short videos/scripts, social media posts) both in English and in French
- Participate in delivering integrated comms programs across traditional and social media
- Support the team with keeping communications materials up to date (biographies etc.)
Description du profil :
“Grande Ecole” diploma (Sciences Po, business school, CELSA…) or University degree in journalism, media studies, communications or related qualification
Perfectly fluent in French and English, a very high standard of both spoken and written language
Interest in media, writing and communications. Previous experience in media relations is a plus
Strong organizational skills, ability to work on several projects at once and prioritize
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Rigorous, synthetic and dynamic mindset
Team player, open to working in a virtual international team, ideally with a cross cultural background
Experience in managing social media content is a plus
