Transformation Architecture is part of Enterprise Architecture team in Group IT. Transformation team drives end-to-end strategy and architecture of specific Capgemini core functional domains including Sales, Marketing and Communications, HR, Finance, Delivery, IT4IT. Our transformation practice deliverables include domain roadmaps, target architecture, enterprise capability view and value chain. We ensure IT strategy for group functions operations are aligned with business strategy. Transformation Architecture team collaborates with other IT teams like Global Applications, global infrastructure teams and others, to build technology roadmaps, reference architecture and domain specific capabilities.
 
We have embarked on a modernization journey. Transformation team is laying out transformation plans for our teams and common function domains landscape. We are looking for strong leaders to drive functional leadership on this journey through their business and technical acumen.

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect (EA) with Services domain experience and ERP expertise within Enterprise Architecture. The enterprise architect is accountable for proactively leading financial domain specific technology transformation activities and driving targeted business outcomes. The EA supports initiatives and harmonization efforts transforming finance landscape driven local legacy processes/systems into central and group wide platforms. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture will ensure that Finance & ERP enterprise architecture vision and standards are executed through a common framework and continuous adoption of cloud-based enterprise Finance platforms, governance related to the organization’s core services.

This position will be in the Europe.

• Driving development of a multi-year Finance / ERP Roadmap based on Capgemini Target Architecture and Roadmap Development Process
• Developing Finance technology standards, guidelines, and principles across different entities
• Driving transformation target architecture roadmap for Finance.
• Ownership of Enterprise capability view of Finance domain.
• Drafting technical standards for technologies such as Finance /ERP capabilities
• Building Data centric initiatives and offerings so as leading technical challenges as client transition from traditional data patterns to new generation data & analytics architecture or cloud-based integrations
• Identifying technology related customer pain points by mapping existing technologies to business capabilities, utilizing EA established standard practices and participating in R&D activities to identify and create strategies to alleviate these pain points
• Enabling IT development and infrastructure teams to make smart choices through technology strategies, frameworks, standards and by working with technical & solution architecture teams
