What your future position looks like:
Ad hoc analysis requested by Head of CSM for strategic decision
Data liaison to update upsell /churn prediction projects (consolidation of existing data, real dashboarding to be easy to use by AM)
Data liaison to revamp AM Perf projects (consolidation of Intercom, HS, Zoom KPIs for deeper analysis & tracking on ONB / Support cost)
Data liaison to revamp and improve client data analysis for client to provide a AM consulting (client scoring and more)
Analysis on clients’ recovery / improvements of Billing B2B Dashboards.
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
Have proficiency in French as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Knowledge of Sales CRM such as Hubspot or Salesloft valued
High proficiency on Excel / Google Sheets
Intermediate proficiency SQL
Ease with working with large data sets
Rigorous and attention to detail
Enthusiastic and passionate
Passion for solving puzzles and problems
Tech-savvy and a strong interest in the tech environment
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
