💼 Job description

As our new VP of Operations your challenge will be to build a successful international operations team (composed of Onboarding, Customer Care and CSM Operations) in 2 years in a context of very fast growth. You will manage middle managers and an international team based in Paris who is serving our community of brigaders and businesses in all cities in France and UK where Brigad is active.

You will have a key role scaling operations as Brigad is in a hypergrowth phase and will be continuing to expand internationally in the coming years by building new processes and implement more structure within the operations team.

Currently the team is composed of 15 persons with a plan to increase it to 50

Your goals, with your teams, will be to support the hypergrowth of the company, build, hire and lead a great team, scale operations, bring our processes to the next level and provide a best-in-class service to our community.

You will be reporting to Nicolas, our COO and you will be a key leader in the organisation, working cross functionally with other managers (Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales…).

What you will do ?

  • Own onboarding, care and CSM operations performance
  • Hire, lead and grow a centralized international team, including middle managers
  • Radically challenge processes and implement new ones to improve operations performance
  • Introduce new tools to scale the operations and manage relationships with partners
  • Work with the Product Team to scale operations.
  • Be a key member of the Leadership group and work with other managers to define the company’s strategic goals (OKR) and execute on cross functional projects
