We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the scalability of our company, Brigad, on the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy to reach UK hospitality market professionals and Businesses

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying and targeting key B2B segments and B2B Buyer Personas and developing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.

  • Creating and executing marketing plan to increase brand awareness and generate organic leads by:

  • Developing a content marketing strategy to position Brigad as a thought leader in the UK hospitality market and attract target audiences,

  • Identifying key trade shows and industry events to attend and participate in,

  • Defining the roadmap for maximising impact and visibility, and lead generation opportunities.

  • Driving the business lead machine development with the marketing team by:

  • Defining global targets per channels,

  • Testing new channels and strategies,

  • Structuring the marketing automation strategies on Social Network and CRM.

  • Creating and implementing a community-building strategy, fostering ongoing engagement and communication with customers, leveraging community feeling and generating customer referral.

  • Developing and managing relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including Marketing team, sales teams, brand and communication, and C-level executives.

You will be supervised by the VP Marketing and work alongside a growing team of Marketing experts, all ambitious and result oriented.


Profil recherché

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 5/7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the lead generation and B2B sector (Hospitality and/or Heathcare)
  • Experience managing an international scope and Knowledge of the UK Hospitality market is a plus
  • Proven track record of project management, including the ability to define targets, milestones, and deadlines and follow up on delivery and impact
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (marketing automation, nurturing, emailing and workflows) and experience with Hubspot is a plus
  • Strong ability to structure and scale processes
  • Native or bilingual English is also required
