Job description

→ Your mission

Build awareness and trust around Brigad in the UK, more precisely in London, Manchester and Birmingham in the hospitality industry, across workers and businesses.

You will have to make sure everyone of those potential users in those cities have already heard about us, know our difference and are convinced we can be trusted.

→ Your responsibilities

  • Lead the communication plan and our presence in London, Manchester and Birmingham.
  • Experiment new communication leverages to raise awareness and track ROI.
  • Build strong UK presence online.
  • Make sure we have all the content necessary to back anything we take position on.
  • Collaborate with other teams (sales, expansion, support, HR) to produce the right content they need.
  • Contribute to make our website a major source of trust (content) & reputation (traffic x100).
  • Make sure every content is aligned with Brigad brand (graphic and editorial).

Preferred experience

If you have…

  • At least 5 years of experience in communication
  • Extreme rigor and sensitivity regarding written and visual contents
  • Excellent redacting skills
  • Strong analytic mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives
  • Native english speaker, who knows the culture in the UK
  • Experience in online as well as in offline communication
  • Previous experience in leading the communication of a company
  • Strong knowledge in website management
  • Strong knowledge in social media use
  • Comfortable with SEO
  • Comfortable with Webflow
