Product Manager, Activation

Botify is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our new Botify Activation product suite.

Botify Activation is an innovative suite of products solving Search Engine Optimization (SEO) problems automatically for our customers. We become the interface between large enterprise websites and search engines, and we sustainably increase visits and revenue from organic search without the need to tap our customer’s engineering resources.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and marketing chops to work on the full circle from product discovery to market release of new features, with a talented team of Product Managers, UX & UI designers, engineers, and product marketers. You will have a measurable impact on Botify’s evolution and play a key role in delighting our customers.

This position is based in Paris, France, and requires high-level proficiency in French and English.

You will be in charge of:

  • Becoming the voice of our customers internally, for your scope of responsibility;
  • Testing and prioritizing the best solutions to solve our customer’s pain points;
  • Working with engineering partners to scope solutions, evaluate strategies, and ensure quality;
  • Specifying features in an Agile workflow;
  • Analyzing usage data and reporting on projects & features performance;
  • Contributing to the global roadmap, refining feature ideas to drive business goals;
  • Helping our go-to-market efforts with the sales & product marketing teams;
  • We believe in a smart, iterative approach to product development. Development takes place in short cycles with frequent staging and production deployments as the product evolves.

Profil recherché

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a Product Management role (Product Owner, Product Manager), ideally in SaaS
  • Ability to engage with end-users in French and English, conduct user research, and intelligently integrate findings into your work
  • Data-driven approach to product development
  • Successful track record of diving into projects and manage them from start to finish
  • Excellent teamwork, partnership, and collaborative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment
  • Fluency in French and English (oral & written)

Previous experience in SEO isn’t required for this role.
