What you will do, achieve and learn

You will play a key role in Botify’s global talent acquisition team by partnering daily with our team of Talent Acquisition Managers to help them recruit stand-out talent for engineering, sales and customer experience roles across Paris, London, New York and Seattle, notably:

  • Identify key talent using various tools and channels
  • Find creative and effective ways to connect with potential candidates
  • Partner with senior recruiters to provide an outstanding candidate experience
  • Measure and enhance the team’s effectiveness by tracking and analysing data
  • Partner with Global HR and marketing teams to help Botify shine (social media, networking, referrals, trade-shows and recruiting events)

Profil recherché

You are:

  • Studying at Master 1 or Master 2 level, any discipline accepted
  • Looking for a 6 month internship
  • Curious, competitive and outgoing
  • You want to pursue a career in recruitment in a high-growth tech environment
  • Ideally (but not obligatory), you have previous recruitment experience (external or in-house)
  • Fluency in French and English (oral & written)
