As the EMESA Recruiting Assistant - Events within the Regional Recruiting Team, you will be a core member of our team working with all our recruiting teams in Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa to attract and recruit the best talent for BCG. Our Regional Recruiting Team is dedicated to driving the recruiting strategic agenda on regional level, defining and investing in key projects and initiatives, and supporting local markets in their recruiting efforts, helping them professionalize practices.

You will support in executing the EMESA regions’ overall talent acquisition event strategy in line with business needs, as well as working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of in-person, virtual and hybrid event formats.

You will work on developing and executing BCG’s strategy for attracting talent from different regions, working closely with offices and other regional recruiting teams. You will work on a series of initiatives, to increase BCG visibility as a leading employer of future talent; including our ASPIRE Women’s Workshop, PROUD LGBTQ+ Workshop, Digital Events and the ARRC (Annual Regional Recruiting Conference).

You will support the event planning and execution, assist with marketing and branding for these events and monitor the success of those activities, in collaboration with the Regional Recruiting Team. That includes:

  • Event planning and logistics: timelines, preparation, execution, follow-up, staffing, local recruiting stakeholders, external vendors, event materials, external and internal communications

  • Candidate management: application process, ATS management, selection and tracking process, travel, communications

  • Provide support and advice to local offices, assists on global and regional projects, facilitates best practice sharing within the region and monitor operational effectiveness through KPI’s tracking.

  • Reporting : tracking of event success, setting goals and KPI’s, conduct and coordinate monthly and annual reporting activities, share metrics within the Regional Recruiting Team


Profil recherché

  • You have an eye for detail, whilst never losing sight of the big picture – both rigorous and innovative in your approach to planning and executing memorable events that make a difference

  • You use your creative flair to come up with great ideas that will further the aims of our initiatives – as you enjoy resolving issues using critical thinking and analysis

  • You build great relationships across geographies and functions, network with ease and love working with people – communicating your agenda and engaging others in your topics

  • You are strongly motivated by providing excellent service to a range of stakeholders and are adaptive in your approach combining a high degree of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Previous Events / Project / Recruiting or HR analytics / Employer Branding experience is preferred but not required

  • Highly proficient oral and written English communication skills

  • Bachelor/Master degree, or equivalent experience

  • HR interview

  • Interview with the Recruiting Coordinator - Events (apprenticeship tutor)

  • Interview with the Recruitment Manager
