Your Mission

We are looking for an Energy Serving Certificates (ie. Certificats d’Economies d’Energie in France) process manager to join the ESC Western Europe team at BlaBlaCar. Their mission is to build, document and challenge all the processes to drive the Energy Saving Certificate (ESC) schemes to success and to beneficiaries satisfaction. As ESC Revenue Process Manager, your role will be to implement new processes and improve existing, ensure beneficiaries satisfaction and work on cross team projects. We are looking for someone rigorous with an entrepreneurial mindset to support our ESC activity but also able to work in a strict regulatory environment. You will be reporting to the Head of ESC and working with a team of 5 people.

Your responsibilities

  • Set up and guarantee operational excellence in our ESC revenue generation through documentation, assessment, continuous improvement approach, team training
  • Manage front-end customer experience on ESC benefits, lead optimization proposal, maximize success, monitor customer satisfaction and financial impacts (e.g. goodwill gestures)
  • Consolidate the needs of the ESC team and bugs report, from definition and expression to cross-team coordination and implementation 
  • Project management (including cross-team) to improve ESC processes, beneficiaries experience, work efficiency
  • Active contribution on ESC revenue generation and support the ESC team depending on business priorities  
  • Your qualifications

  • Capacity to deliver accurate process documentation and evaluate impacts on a complex and changing environment  
  • Project management skills : autonomous to lead projects to the delivery, identify challenges and priorities, you are very organized 
  • Cross teamwork and coordination, smooth relationship and ability to convince and find the best compromise 
  • Customer success experience to understand customer needs and issues
  • Fluent in French, full working proficiency in English
  • Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment
  • Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities  
  • Nice to have: Excel and CSV proficiency, ESC knowledge, working proficiency in Spanish
