Descriptif du poste

Primary objective

The Marketing Manager’s main responsibility is to ensure that Beavr is top of mind for any company looking to enhance their Sustainability Management Practices and prepare and ace their EcoVadis assessment. They are responsible for our external corporate communication (online presence, newsletter) as well as for the management of our webinar strategy. They also maintain our website and SEO.

Secondary objectives

They need to empower individuals at Beavr to build their own online brand

They need to help build the Marketing strategy

They work hand-in-hand with growth to increase conversion and deliver high-value MQLs to Sales

  • Brand & communication

    • Create articles and guides to showcase Beavr’s expertise (including CS stories)

    • Own copy for website and contribute to optimizing SEO

    • Manage Beavr’s corporate communications on LinkedIn

    • Occasionally organise Beavr’s participation to external events (ChangeNOW etc) + organizing our own events

  • Webinar management - Acing webinars is the pillar of our lead generation strategy 🔥

    • Managing our weekly webinar sessions on Livestorm (creating sessions, adjusting wording, etc.)

    • Ensure 100 registrants per session, through a combination of new leads sourced from LinkedIn and nurturing

  • Nurturing

    • Working hand-in-hand with growth to define our nurturing strategy

    • Creating and managing a newsletter sharing Beavr’s latest news, information, upcoming webinars, etc.


Profil recherché

The ideal candidate is creative, smart and output-oriented. They are able to find new ways to communicate our expertise and DNA to the world (whether through our website, articles, guides, LinkedIn or newsletters) and demonstrate outsized practicality and ability to turn ideas into concrete realizations. They have excellent written communication skills, and collaborate effectively with our Growth Engineer to ship outputs at an impressive pace. They are curious and have proven their ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
