At Baracoda Labs, we incubate and accelerate ideas originating both internally and from our clients that generate new products and new indexes.
As a UX/UI designer in Baracoda Labs, you will be in charge of designing coherent experiences within all the Baracoda products. You will help create a design system that can provide consistency over different health-related digital products, implement a solid design thinking process to the development cycle.
Since we are a tight-knit small design team, you will also work for graphics both in digital and paper materials.

• Contribute and lead the design thinking processes to meet the user needs and business requirements together to one simple yet elegant solution.
• Be in charge of developing low/high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
• work closely with the lead UX designer, PO, marketing team, and stakeholders to conduct user research, user test, interviews, and workshops
• Follow the brand guideline and create eye-catching graphic design

Minimum qualifications
2 years of work experience in digital design
A stunning portfolio that demonstrates the ability to develop simple & elegant design solutions to problems
Understanding of Design system and ability to maintain and develop it in a scalable way
Deep empathy and a sharp eye for user needs
A flexible and adaptable mindset to work with multifunctional team members and stakeholders
Excellent communication skill
Fluent in English
