AXA Life & Health International Solutions (ALHIS) brings together:

  • International Private Medical Insurance business (IPMI) which is composed of AXA Global Healthcare (AGH), AXA Life & Health Reinsurance Solutions (ALHRS), and open architecture IPMI
  • Local Solutions business unit, which focuses on international reinsurance solutions and serves as an incubator for new business activities, notably through our branches in India and the US.
  • MAXIS GBN: the joint venture between AXA and MetLife
  • Domestic Markets, which supports the growth of Employee Benefits business for AXA entities locally through EB Partners and the Group Life Center of Excellence
  • International Pension, which offers tailored group pension solutions and retirement saving plans

Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  1. Internal and External Communication
  • Contribute to creating high-quality written content (website articles, CEO external communications) and materials (presentations, videos, infographics, etc.)
  • Organize global in-person/ digital/ hybrid internal and external events for clients, partners, and ALHIS team members
    • Coordination with creative, logistical, and technical teams (live sessions, videos…)
    • Content management (PowerPoint, jingles…)
    • CEO communications support (speech, social media amplification…)
  • Contribute to evaluating the impact of each project with the KPIs defined by the department
  • Manage and challenge external providers when needed
  • Ensure the use of innovative and original communication techniques and new format
  1. Operational Marketing
  • Lead transversal operational marketing actions to support sales team → greeting cards, corporate deck, commercial presentations & brochures, RFP template, Newsletters, key figures… by adding marketing value proposition
  • Support key marketing projects within ALHIS (market studies, customer-centric project management, etc.)
  • Regularly seek and research new assets and provide recommendations to the Marketing & Communications team
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of communication assets shared with all the stakeholders, and build new creatives as needed.

Profil recherché

  • Experience running events
  • Solid knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Good ability to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage a diverse audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capacity in networking and managing stakeholders
  • Ability to understand concepts quickly and express them and develop them clearly in writing
  • An excellent eye for detail (proof-reading articles, presentations…)
  • Creative skills - to be able to think up new engaging content
