YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Create, edit, and clean the documentation of the internal knowledge base.
  • Execute, control, evaluate, and improve ITSM reports.
  • Analyze the data from the reports to identify trends, then present the analysis to the ITSM management team for discussion and thorough review.
  • Creation/improvement of the ITSM application dashboard and maintenance of the ticket portal.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  •  You are recognized for your rigor, perseverance, attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and good interpersonal relations.
  • You have a strong adaptability potential and know how to operate in an environment with multiple hierarchical levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, empathy, assertiveness, team spirit.
  • Independence, organization, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
