In two year we grew to 50 team members and 150 clients and we are constantly onboarding new ones. Therefore we are looking for an engaged and passionate Account Manager to help us taking care of our Mid-Market clients.
Your will be managing a portfolio of 30-50 accounts with the following responsibilities :
Onboard an abundant flow of new customers and give them the support and tools needed to be quickly autonomous with our product
Manage and secure the deployment of our products and their updates
Identify the most strategic accounts in your portfolio to create long-term relationships with them to maximize their product adoption, answer new needs with our other products and reduce potential risks of churn
Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and manage them to close
Strong interest for environment topics
A background in Account Management, Customer Success and/or Sales (2 years)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a large portfolio of SMB clients simultaneously
Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Teamwork
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
Experience in training ecosystem is a strong plus
Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
Good writing skills is a plus
4 skill based interviews with team members (can be done within 3 weeks)
Final decision based on a clear scorecard
