You will be a key member of AXA Climate’s People team, providing both operational expertise and decision-making advice on HR strategy.
1) People Administration: Drawing up & monitoring contractual documents (employment contracts, amendments, mobility, special leave, etc.)
2) Build a strong relationship with our HR experts team (Social, C&B) in order to facilitate the application of Group and internal administrative processes, in strong collaboration with the other members of the People Domain
3) Ensuring the smooth running of the On-boarding process (coordination of the various stakeholders, continuous improvement of the process and its milestones, individual follow up of newcomers)
4) Contributing to cross functional HR projects
5) Being identified as a key stakeholder for any employee requests which concern HR operations area (health insurance, vacations, lunch voucher, AXA’s advantage, etc.
6) Ensure a high level of quality & accuracy in our HR data.
· > 4 years of professional experience
· >2 years of experience with ADP
· Teamwork and collaboration skills
· Fluent in English and in French (>B2 level)
· Communication & interpersonal skills to communicate with the group
· Ability to set priorities & work in accordance with deadlines
· Knowledge of employment law, collective agreements & payroll
· Proficient in Office 365
· Solutions oriented
