Descriptif du poste

Your goal: Become an expert of our product and support our many russian 🇷🇺 but also french customers in understanding and using our application
Your missions: Selling them dreams and solutions throughout extraordinary trainings and interventions !

International travels to be expected.

👉 To do this, you will have to:

-Animate interventions (workshops, training, webinars) and transmit our expertise to HR professionals in french and in russian
-Manage the technical support and distance onboarding exclusively for the Russian clients
-Take on a referent role and maintain an excellent customer relationship
-Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
-Develop new learning formats and improve existing ones

The Customer Success team today is 5 people supervised by Noëlie.

Profil recherché

🇬🇧 🇷🇺 Русский - твой родной язык. In addition, you must be bilingual in French.

🚀 A great energy and dynamism who would make the greatest stage men jealous!

💪 Lead a group of demanding professionals. More than a concern, for you it’s a real challenge.

📄You may not necessarily have any training experience but a real motivation and desire to learn this profession. (and to join us too!)
