Under the guidance of our Lead Data Scientist and as part of a passionate, supportive technical team, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing and assuring the quality of the AI components in our product.

🔍 What you’ll work on:

• 🧠 Generative AI, RAG, LLMs & Agentic AI – create robust AI assistants for critical industrial environments.

• 🕸️ Knowledge mapping – model domain expertise via ontologies and knowledge graphs.

• 🤝 Intelligent user matching – design high-impact matching algorithms.

• 🧪 AI testing & monitoring – implement quality, reliability and usage metrics to guide product evolution.

Your main missions

• Develop AI features in collaboration with the product, fullstack, and devops teams, in a multidisciplinary and stimulating environment.

• Develop innovative algorithms and actively contribute to technical decisions: every idea can directly impact the evolution of our product!

• Build and maintain monitoring tools to measure usage and guide development priorities.

• 🎯 Strong skills in Data Science: digital processing, statistics, NLP (vectorization, distance calculations, TF-IDF, NER, etc.).

• 🚀 Deep interest in generative AI and LLMs / AI agents, staying up-to-date with state-of-the-art practices and models; LLMOps knowledge is a plus.

• 🧪 Hybrid R&D / operational mindset: methodical, rigorous work and critical thinking, from the exploratory phase to the deployment in production.

• 🐍 Proficient in Python, with an interest in good coding practices (tests, peer reviews, CI/CD, commented code, documentation…)

• 🗣 Good communication skills, both written and oral: ability to present technical results clearly and convincingly while being audience-sensitive.

• 🏭 Enthusiasm for engaging with industry stakeholders, sometimes directly with users, to understand their challenges.
