3+ years experience in growth, sales, or marketing leadership roles, in SaaS B2B.
Proven track record of successfully scaling in the DACH market.
Strong understanding of the DACH B2B SaaS ecosystem and buyer personas.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Native German and French required
Strong interest for cultural industries is a plus.
