Descriptif du poste

  • Define and own the go-to-market strategy in the DACH region

  • Lead end-to-end sales activities: pipeline generation, deal closing, account expansion

  • Develop strategic relationships with key performing arts and museums institutions

  • Localize messaging and positioning in collaboration with marketing

  • Represent the company at local industry events and conferences

  • Report directly to the VP Sales and contribute to global strategy


Profil recherché

  • 3+ years experience in growth, sales, or marketing leadership roles, in SaaS B2B.

  • Proven track record of successfully scaling in the DACH market.

  • Strong understanding of the DACH B2B SaaS ecosystem and buyer personas.

  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Native German and French required

  • Strong interest for cultural industries is a plus.


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Initial HR Screening (30 min)
  • Overview of candidate’s background and motivation

  • Brief presentation of the company and role

  • Basic cultural fit and logistics (availability, salary expectations)

  1. Hiring Manager Interview (45-60 min)
  • Deep dive into candidate’s experience with DACH market growth

  • Discussion on strategic approach to growth and sales

  • Assessment of leadership and team management skills

  • Candidate’s questions about the role and company

  1. Case Study or Business Simulation (60-90 min)
  • Presentation or discussion of a real-life growth challenge relevant to the US market

  • Candidate outlines strategy, KPIs, and execution plan

  • Q&A with the panel (could include sales, marketing, and product leaders)

  1. Final Panel Interview (45-60 min)
  • Meeting with top management

  • Focus on cultural fit, leadership style, vision alignment

  • Discussion on cross-functional collaboration and company values

  1. Reference Checks (optional, after final interview)
  • Contact previous managers or colleagues to validate experience and leadership qualities
