Head of DACH sales

Join our team as the Head of DACH Sales, where you will define and own the go-to-market strategy in the DACH region. You will lead end-to-end sales activities, develop strategic relationships with key performing arts and museums institutions, and localize messaging and positioning in collaboration with marketing. You will represent the company at local industry events and conferences, report directly to the VP Sales, and contribute to global strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in growth, sales, or marketing leadership roles in SaaS B2B, a proven track record of successfully scaling in the DACH market, and a strong understanding of the DACH B2B SaaS ecosystem and buyer personas.

  • Strong understanding of the DACH B2B SaaS ecosystem and buyer personas.

  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Native German and French required

  • Strong interest for cultural industries is a plus.
