About the job

The Growth team's goal is to contribute to Alma's growth by providing high-quality leads and enhancing our outreach. To do so, the team handle’s inbound (paid and organic) as well as outbound (provide leads for the commercial prospection of our sales).

To achieve this, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Growth Ops professional to take ownership of our outbound channel. As the Outbound Growth Ops, you will be responsible for taking over, challenging and improving our outbound strategy, from lead generation to nurturing leads throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools to achieve their quotas and deliver exceptional results. Your proactive approach and continuous drive to challenge and improve our processes will be instrumental in driving Alma's growth.

About the mission

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a successful relationship with our sales team and creating a high-performing outbound machine. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the end-to-end outbound strategy, encompassing lead identification, scoring, and nurturing beyond initial rejection.
  • Collaborating closely with our team to design and execute impactful projects that align with our revenue quotas and drive sustainable growth.
  • Providing our sales teams with well-qualified leads that align with Alma's target market, continuously enriching and expanding our lead database.
  • Empowering our sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to efficiently engage qualified leads, ensuring the right message is delivered through the appropriate channels at the optimal time.
  • Automating our different processes with no-code tools like N8N or in collaboration with our Growth Engineer to make our sales more efficient to automate processes, increasing sales team efficiency and streamlining operations.

By taking ownership of the outbound channel and consistently seeking ways to challenge and improve it, you will play a crucial role in driving Alma's growth and shaping our success in the market.

About you

Being a Growth Ops at Alma requires a diverse skill set and a strong sense of ownership and drive. We are seeking someone who embodies the following qualities :

Your experience

  • A proven track record of working on growth-related topics within a tier #1 start-up/scale-up, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of projects and drive impactful results.
  • Previous experience working in an international and multicultural context, coupled with fluency in English.

Your skills

  • Growth toolkit knowledge: you master the tools that are critical to a successful growth team (to name a few, we use N8N, Lusha, Scrap.io, etc.).
  • Technical acumen: not only do you know how to use these tools, but you also keep up with the latest trends and are not afraid of getting your hands dirty to make technical things work (with the potential support of out Growth Engineer).
  • Business-driven: you are interested in understanding the challenges of the sales team and you constantly try to help them.
  • Project management: you can deliver several projects at the same time, involving different stakeholders, and can communicate appropriately about your progress.
  • Impact-driven: you are obsessed about impact and always estimate the value a project before starting it and know how to prioritize your time accordingly.
  • Doermindset: you are not afraid of taking responsibility and getting your hands dirty.
