The Growth team's goal is to contribute to Alma's growth by providing high-quality leads and enhancing our outreach. To do so, the team handle’s inbound (paid and organic) as well as outbound (provide leads for the commercial prospection of our sales).
To achieve this, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Growth Ops professional to take ownership of our outbound channel. As the Outbound Growth Ops, you will be responsible for taking over, challenging and improving our outbound strategy, from lead generation to nurturing leads throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools to achieve their quotas and deliver exceptional results. Your proactive approach and continuous drive to challenge and improve our processes will be instrumental in driving Alma's growth.
