What you will do

Aletiq is a cross-functional industrial platform that impacts most business processes. 60% of our customers’ employees uses the solution on a daily basis. Therefore the implementation team plays a key role in our customers’ success ensuring quick adoption.

Implement Aletiq

Co-define with customers their new ways of working with Aletiq

Manage the technical roll-out of the solution with the Tech team and the client operational teams.

Train users

Support adoption

Build lasting relationships with our customers

Answer customers’ questions about the product

Provide our partners with all the knowledge they need (videos, articles, contextual help…)

Contribute to product development

Act as an interface between customers and Aletiq product team to foster product development

Ensure that any technical problems encountered are quickly resolved

Profil recherché

You have good interpersonal skills, are empathetic and know how to quickly build trusting relationships with your contacts.

You’re enthusiastic and energetic, and can easily drive change in client teams.

You are self-reliant in the execution of your tasks

At least 2 years of consulting or project management experience

You are a graduate of a top business or engineering school.

You are willing to travel (~6 days per month: France, USA, Canada, Turkey…) and have a valid driver’s license.

Déroulement des entretiens

Our recruitment process is a four stages journey designed to help you and us make an informed choice :

  1. A discovery call to get to know each other better

  2. A technical interview with Edouard, our COO, and Alexandre, our CSM

  3. A motivational interview with one of the founders

  4. A coffee with the team or the last founder
