Implement Aletiq
Co-define with customers their new ways of working with Aletiq
Manage the technical roll-out of the solution with the Tech team and the client operational teams.
Train users
Support adoption
Build lasting relationships with our customers
Answer customers’ questions about the product
Provide our partners with all the knowledge they need (videos, articles, contextual help…)
Contribute to product development
Act as an interface between customers and Aletiq product team to foster product development
Ensure that any technical problems encountered are quickly resolved
Good interpersonal skills, are empathetic and know how to quickly build trusting relationships with your contacts.
Enthusiastic and energetic, and can easily drive change in client teams.
Self-reliant in the execution of your tasks
At least 2 years of consulting or project management experience
Graduate of a top business or engineering school.
Willing to travel (~6 days per month: France, USA, Canada, Turkey…) and a valid driver’s license.
