Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Regional Portfolio and Account Manager Europe - Maintenance Engineering Services  (f/m) based in Toulouse, France. 

You will join a team of 35 highly motivated professionals across the globe, striving to develop, sell and deliver value-adding services to our customers in the field of scheduled maintenance. 

Our Maintenance Engineering Services Team has great ambitions for the future to develop our customer portfolio, strengthen our regional footprint and bring more value to customers.

Your challenges:

  • Act as the regional focal point for scheduled maintenance engineering support and services (with a focus on Planned Maintenance perimeter) for a defined portfolio of Airbus Customers in Europe region including operators, corporate jet customers, Lessors & MROs;

  • Be the primary focal point to define & develop the Maintenance Engineering solutions specific to Lessors & Freighter operators (including Pax-to-Freighter specific needs);

  • Ensure internal and external consistent communication in the region (for Airbus customer-facing teams and Customers);

  • Coordinate Maintenance & Engineering activities at the opportunity of customer events, Airbus forums and aircraft sales campaign under Global Account Management leadership;

  • Follow-up and share regional specificities (market trend, political environment, etc.) to the benefit of proposing the right solutions at the right time;

  • Proactively support Customers on maintenance programme, planning & execution optimization by promoting available solutions;

  • Share with Customers any key message or line-to-take on Maintenance Engineering & Retrofit perimeter, including guidelines on aircraft Parking & Storage solutions;

  • Perform market analyses & prospect identification; 

  • Define & implement the regional service strategy to meet regional order intake & revenue targets while supporting the Maintenance Engineering & Retrofit mission;

  • Promote services internally towards customer support directors, field service managers, sales teams and externally towards Customers;

  • Perform contractualisation and contract administration;

  • Improve Customer satisfaction and ensure active follow up of each customer throughout teleconferences, active presence during Airbus events and by organizing regular Customer visits.

Your boarding pass:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity and learning ability.
  • Organizational capacity, with a willingness to strengthen structure in work.
  • Required Experience:
  • At least 6 years of experience in maintenance-related fields, customer support, sales.

Business travels will be expected up to twice a month in any customer location in Europe and consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
