**Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Big Data Site Reliability Engineer F/M to join our Information Management Department (The Airbus IT Department) based in Toulouse, France.**

You will more specifically be part of the “Big Data Platform Services’ (DIBS) product line. This organization is encompassing all Big Data platforms for Airbus including the Skywise platform.

As a Big Data Site Reliability Engineer you will be in charge of developing new services on the platforms. You will support the Product Manager in your team and other Internal customers by offering technical solutions answering to their demands of Big Data solutions.

Your challenges:

• Contribute in the definition of the Big Data Strategy, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and computer vision platforms
• Contribute in technical standards and best practices for the usage of Big Data Platforms
• Contribute to definition of policies for the management of infrastructure SW licenses in Big Data Platform and AI
• Contribute or supervise automation processes to maximize efficiencies of related platforms
• Follow and report the platform operational performance, adoption, usage and customer satisfaction
• Maintain the service catalog and integrate Big Data solutions, DevOps as a basis for Operational Service Agreements (OLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Ensure a high level of service of the solutions (performance, stability, security and availability) to sustain the business continuity of our customers.
• Act to optimize costs of our solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus’ procedures related to the purpose of the job (security rules, data governance, export control, …).

Your boarding pass:

• Good understanding or practices of Big Data Platforms and principles
• Understanding or use of Containers solutions (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker), Object storage or AWS environment would be appreciated
• Experience in Devops and automation (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible)
• Python, Go, Bash. Other language knowledge is a plus
• An open mindset, think out of the box attitude
