In the digital marketing team of Europe Medical Gas, you would help European affiliates and their teams leverage digital technologies and practices to shape the future of their business.

- Learn about the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.

- Imagine ways we can use them to improve customer and patient acquisition (and retention).

Following a first wave of successful deployments, we are now looking for a profile eager for marketing and strategy to assist the digital marketing team in the design and deployment of its roadmap.

The profile should have a technical background in statistics, analytics and programming.

Your key missions:

- Strategy:

- Contribute with the Digital Marketing Manager to defining the digital strategy of Air Liquide Healthcare at cluster level, involving several transverse entities such as Medical Affairs, Marketing, Communication, IT and HR.

- Projects:

- Participate in the project management & deployment of digital initiatives and related projects (website revamping / SEO / SEA / RPA / Bots) in collaboration with external partners, internal stakeholders and marketing teams.

- Business intelligence:

- Cooperate with the BI Manager to identify concrete actions to foster customer acquisition and satisfaction.

- Flex time project:

- 20% time dedicated to a personal innovation project of your choice related to the business activity. Possibility to conduct a POC with the digital Fab or R&D team with an allocated budget.


Profil recherché

Profil et compétences

Vous avez idéalement une double formation santé / business: formation scientifique (pharmacien, médecin, biologiste) + spécialisation marketing digital / école de commerce.

Expérience / compétences

  • Connaissance du marketing digital: SEO, SEA, marketing de contenu, médias sociaux.
  • Expérience avérée en marketing digitale - y compris la transformation digitale des organisations et le développement et la mise en œuvre de campagnes digitales.
  • Savoir mesurer les métriques clés: nombre de visiteurs, taux de conversion, coût par lead, nombre de leads qualifiés.
  • Anglais courant
  • Langages de programmation (Javascript, Python, SQL…)

  • Convention collective : Chimie
  • Catégorie professionnelle : Cadre
