THE TEAM

Upon joining AB Tasty, you will become part of our FR KAM Mid-Market team. You will work closely with two dedicated Customer Success Managers and will report to KAM Director France.


YOUR MISSION

    • Manage a global portfolio of clients (ARR of €2,5M)

    • Contribute to a positive renewal experience of clients by responding to objections, competitive risks, detailing purchase/ pricing options and facilitating the renewal sales transaction process

    • Generate upsells and cross-sells by developing existing accounts through the sale of related services and related products

    • Identify accounts with high growth potential

    • Communicate and identify the return on investment for customers

    • Contribute to customer retention by building excellent relationships with existing customers

    • Negotiate and close sales cycles (renewals)

    • Apply the commercial strategy for renewing accounts in the portfolio


    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

      • At least 2 years of experience in a Sales position working with B2B platforms

      • Knowledge of digital marketing and SaaS platforms

      • Excellent communication skills in French and working proficiency in English

      • Experience in implementing customer retention initiatives, achieving high retention rates and customer satisfaction

      • You must have excellent negotiation techniques and you are used to dealing with decision makers (Heads of Marketing Departments and Product Managers)

      • You are a team player, tenacious and results-oriented, you're comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
