We’re looking for a bold and business-driven Brand Manager Marketing France to take the lead on driving sell-out, awareness, and impact on shelves.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing France, you will own and execute our brand strategy for retail and out-of-home, while contributing to cross-channel campaigns and innovation launches. You’ll be at the intersection of brand, business and operations, bringing our bold tone and strong values to life in-store and beyond.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Brand Acceleration

  • Build and execute the retail and food services marketing strategy in line with brand and business goals.

  • Own yearly planning for POS, promotions, field activations, and sampling.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize visibility, drive retail velocity.

🧪 Innovation & Renovation Ownership (Innoteam)

  • Be the business lead for all core range NPDs and renovations in France: positioning, launch strategy, toolkit development.

  • Partner with Product, Studio and Sales to bring innovation to market with maximum impact.

📣 Campaigns & Brand Activation

  • Co-lead brand campaigns execution across Media, PR, Social Media and Influence, alongside the Head of Marketing and creative Studio team.

  • Ensure message consistency across all brand touchpoints – from TikTok to TV, and shelf to shopper.

📊 Performance Analysis & Strategy

  • Lead the analysis of brand performance in retail using IRI, dashboards and P&L tracking.

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights to fine-tune activations and steer budget allocation.

  • Build and present performance reports and recommendations to the wider team.


Profil recherché

  • Min 2 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, with strong operational marketing experience in the French market.

  • Proven track record of executing trade marketing plans (POS, promotions, sampling) and working with retailer panels (IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.).

  • Comfortable owning a P&L, managing budgets, and making data-driven decisions.

  • You combine sharp strategic thinking with a hands-on “doer” mindset – you love building the big picture, but you also thrive rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.

  • A proactive, creative and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Passionate about purpose-driven brands that combine fun, food and impact.


Déroulement des entretiens

You will have a first video call with the HR team and a second interview with your future manager, Manuela, Head of Marketing, followed by a business case in the office!

Have you proven yourself during these steps, and have your former managers confirmed that you’re amazing? AWESOME! 😃 → The final step is a quick meeting with our CEO.
