In this role you will be a member of the sales team for French and International (including US timezone) markets.
With a blend of product sales, functional abilities, you use a consultative approach to understand business and functional requirements, demonstrate the great fit between our solution and our customers’ needs.
New business development
Perform product demos and communicate 365Talents’ value proposition to varying technical and business prospective customers,
Support and respond, in an effective and timely manner, to RFIs / RFPs, with an IA based-tool,
Partner with sales people to develop requirements documents, presentations, tradeshow demos and proposals,
Coordinate with our Product team and Customer Success Consultants including tailored environment for key prospects to execute sales objectives or to ensure that all pre-sales customer requirements are documented and transitioned.
You can be based in France with an easy-speed access to Paris to be available to deliver on-site presentations to our prospects.
You will start your onboarding journey with us in our Parisian offices for two weeks.
Must have
Excellent communication skills and ability to realize presentations to wide and diversified audiences in English and in French,
Proven experience in a high technology position and some experience with software companies in HR Tech,
Background in project management with a good understanding of IT ecosystems,
Listening and interpersonal skills : you enjoy working with people and technology, and as such you have both the ability to interact with various teams as well as excellent relationship-building,
Well organized and structured, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
Self-learner, team player, enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge,
Self-motivated, flexible, and shows initiative.
