As an Account Manager on the North American team, you are responsible for growing revenue from our existing customer base while collaborating with customer success to ensure healthy customers that renew at a high rate. You will grow revenue through outbound efforts within an existing set of assigned clients, highly tailoring your approach to each client, focusing on top accounts, and generating valuable conversations across multiple teams. Think of this as a sales position to expand our footprint within the client base.

What You'll Do
Sell additional solutions into our existing client baseUse our CRM tool to map and build the account plans, prepares sales documentation, and provide forecasts for opportunities identifiedIdentify top potential accounts, understand current connections and create power map for growth opportunitiesCreate detailed outreach cadences, and make outbound calls to accounts to overachieve sales quota metricsArrange regular meetings over VC and in-person with key players in the accounts and ensure you are the point of contact for business opportunities, issues, and questionsEvangelize 360Learning vision through high-quality product demonstrations and account-specific initiativesWork with all other teams within the company to optimize the customer experience across your portfolio of clientsEstablish and grow relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the customer base, over VC and in-personAccess, analyze, present customer reports using a data-driven approach to provide strategic recommendationsDrive and deliver customer satisfaction and referenceabilityWithin 1 month, you will:

At least 3+ years of sales experience in an HRtech B2B SaaS environment as an Account Manager or an Account ExecutiveBonus points for experience selling learning solutions like an LMS or LXPA growth mindset with a positive life-long learning attitude Strong analytical and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExecuted complex software/platform demos in your sales processA Bachelor’s degree or higher level of educationEnthusiasm for our Convexity culture (https://bit.ly/Convexity_360L)What We Offer
