Numberly operates in a booming business sector. To contribute to the development of our activity in Europe & abroad with a focus on the DACH market, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative, who will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities:
1/ Opportunity detection and lead generation
Inbound: contact with incoming leads to understand their needs, qualify them and offer them the very best support with the help of a Numberly product expert.
Outbound: prospecting for new potential customers
Guidance and support of a team dedicated to prospecting in European markets: qualification of prospects, making contact, invitations to events in order to obtain relevant customer meetings, etc.
Organising and taking part in external sales events in France and Europe (trade fairs, conferences) as well as those organized by Numberly (webinars, round tables, etc.).
2/ Participation in the preparation of commercial proposals and negotiations.
Drafting sales proposals in response to advertisers' briefs (CRM, Acquisition, Media, Data and Consulting).
Follow-up leads with business teams and take part in sales negotiations.
3/ Participation in global sales strategy
Take a critical look at our own sales activities and measure them to gain relevant insights.
Be a driving force behind proposals to improve established processes and strategies in order to optimise our impact.
Working directly with Numberly's two co-founders and the Sales Director to discuss strategy and the concrete activities to be put in place.
You are a graduate of a business school or university (5 years' higher education).
You are interested in the world of digital marketing and its players, and you'd like to accelerate your knowledge of Martech products and the Martech ecosystem.
Enthusiastic and a good listener, you are curious and have good interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and persistent, you do everything you can to arouse the interest of your interlocuters.
Dynamic and enterprising, you have a genuine results-oriented culture and enjoy taking on challenges in an intensely competitive environment.
You are fluent in German and English.
Ideally, you will have some initial experience of Sales/Business development in a digital and/or innovative environment.
