Job description

Zeliq is created early 2023 by Dorian (CEO, ex. Hivency co-founder), Victor (CTO, ex. Pumpkin co-founder) and Guillaume (COO).

As a CEO of Hivency, Dorian created a successful company of more than 130 people & reached 7+m€ ARR in revenue, mostly through outbound sales strategy. In 2021 Hivency was sold to Skeepers (PSG Equity).

Since Skeepers, Dorian has joined several company as board member/ business angel and identified the same pain for almost all of them: the lack of outbound culture in sales.

Thus he decided to create Zeliq to provide a SaaS solution that will help companies to resolve this pain in a hybrid work environment. We want to empower sales teams by revealing accurate prospect data and turn them into clients.

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team and help us accelerate our growth. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, automatization and revenue. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify and implement growth opportunities across multiple channels. Since you’ll be one of the first member of the marketing team, you would be working on 360 projects together with the Head of Marketing, Laura.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across multiple channels including email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and SEO.

  • Take ownership for inbound marketing strategy & automation

  • Optimize user onboarding and conversion funnels to increase user acquisition and retention rates (understanding the use of tools such as mixpanel or amplitude).

  • Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

  • Assist marketing team in day to day operation & implementation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends and techniques and continuously experiment with new strategies to improve results.


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineer is preferred.

  • 3-5+ years of full time experience in growth marketing or a related field.

  • Experience working in scale up or fast growing startup before

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

  • Successfully implemented tool & automation

  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills.

  • Quick learner with new technology, self-starter with a passion for growth and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
