As Senior Growth & Demand Generation Manager (Paris or remote), you will accelerate our B2B SaaS growth by developing and optimizing campaigns that generate engagement, qualified pipeline, and measurable revenue impact.
Inbound & Outbound Leadership: Design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies covering the full funnel from initial engagement to pipeline qualification.
Growth Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize revenue KPIs, campaign ROI, and acquisition costs leveraging data-driven insights alongside SalesOps.
Sales-Marketing Alignment: Strengthen collaboration between sales and marketing, streamline workflows, and enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Experimentation & Optimization: Plan and run A/B tests and growth experiments to identify high-impact initiatives and continuously improve cross-channel performance.
Martech & Automation Management: Lead marketing tech stack evolution, integrating web, CRM, analytics, and automation for seamless campaign execution and reporting.
Customer & Market Analysis: Analyze journeys, feedback, and data to refine acquisition strategies and uncover new growth avenues.
Team Collaboration: Foster a strong, supportive marketing culture by sharing expertise and coaching team members.
📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.

Minimum 8 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or digital marketing with proven pipeline and revenue impact.
Experience in international or multilingual teams is a plus.
Technical skills:
Deep expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization tools.
Strategic and hands-on approach to growth marketing.
Proficiency in managing integrated campaign execution across multiple channels.
