The position

Job description

As a Growth Organic, you are the architect of the Organic Squad’s growth engine.

You design, test, and scale organic acquisition systems (SEO, LLM, website, tools, evergreen content, CRO…) to generate traffic, visibility, and signups.

You’re not “doing SEO”, you are building growth loops.

You are the decision-maker and system designer; Experts are the execution layer.

You work with:

  • Organic Experts (SEO, web integration, evergreen content, LLM SEO, CRO…)

  • the Marketing PMM (GTM)

  • the CRO Manager

  • the Senior Growth Advisor (12+ years in Growth Marketing, one of the best Growth in France)

  • the PMM and Brand to ensure organic systems are ready to capture demand during launches — without owning GTM strategy or execution.

Core Growth Loop

Your work follows a continuous, compounding system:

Ideation → Prioritization → Test → Processization → Scale (by Experts) → Optimization → back to Ideation

  • Ideation: identify opportunities using signals, intents, gaps, and anomalies.

  • Prioritization: rank ideas based on expected impact, effort, and available data.

  • Test: validate hypotheses through experiments, MVPs, and A/B tests.

  • Processization: turn what works into clear playbooks and automations.

  • Scale (by Experts): deploy validated systems at scale across SEO, content, and conversion.

  • Optimization: analyze performance, frictions, and learnings to feed the next iteration.

You own the loop. Experts execute at scale.

In practice

You are not:

  • managing a content calendar,

  • executing recurring SEO or content tasks,

  • publishing articles every week,

  • acting as the execution bottleneck.

You are:

  • identifying where organic growth should come from next,

  • deciding what is worth testing vs killing using data,

  • designing repeatable acquisition systems,

  • turning winning tests into scalable processes,

  • feeding learnings back into the loop.

When submitting an application, mention the word fraise.

Missions

You are responsible for the Organic Squad’s day-to-day organic growth at the system level.

You will:

  • Decide what is worth working on based on signals, data, and expected signup impact.

  • Validate ideas quickly through experiments and A/B tests, then choose what to scale or kill.

  • Design end-to-end acquisition systems spanning SEO, LLM, website, communities and CRO.

  • Translate winning ideas into clear processes executed by Experts at scale.

  • Continuously optimize outcomes with CRO and performance data to maximize signups.

You are expected to make decisions with incomplete data and iterate quickly based on results.

You do not execute recurring operations. You design systems — Experts run them.

Scope

This scope shows where acquisition systems can apply — not channels you will personally run.

Your goal is not to master every channel, but to understand which systems are worth building and why. You design the systems; once tested & validated, they are operated by specialized Experts.

SEO (& Programmatic SEO)

You capture explicit, high-intent demand at scale by structuring content and pages around searchable problems users are actively trying to solve. You architect the website and content to maximize organic exposure and capture high‑intent demand — through crawlability, semantics, and scalable page systems.

Programmatic SEO is a core pillar of the role. It is used to systematically capture long‑tail demand at scale by designing templates, data models, and page logic that can be deployed across hundreds or thousands of pages with minimal marginal effort.

LLM

You ensures LGM appears as a trusted, citable answer in conversational search (chatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity…) by structuring content, entities, and authority signals for AI-driven discovery.

Communities (Reddit, Quora, niche forums)

You surface latent demand and credibility signals by engaging where prospects already ask questions, compare tools, and seek peer validation.

Website & Conversion

The website is designed as a conversion system, built to turn captured demand into signups and continuously increase yield through experimentation and A/B testing, identifying frictions and compounding small, measurable improvements across key journeys.

YouTube

YouTube should be explored to capture search-driven intent in video-first environments and experiment with programmatic, scalable video formats that could compound visibility over time.

Evergreen Content & Scalable Assets

Evergreen content and scalable assets create long-term acquisition leverage by building durable systems (guides, comparisons, tools, resources…) that continuously generate qualified signups without ongoing execution.

KPIs

Your north-star KPI is signups generated by organic acquisition systems. Everything else is a supporting signal.

Core KPI

  • Organic signups (overall and by system)

Supporting signals

  • organic visibility (search, LLM, communities)

  • conversion performance (website & CRO)

  • contribution of organic systems to revenue pipeline

  • speed of experimentation and learning

  • share of signups coming from scalable systems

You are evaluated on your ability to build systems that reliably generate signups over time, not on output volume.

Preferred experience

You are fluent in French and English, and comfortable working in an international context (US & Western Europe).

Core Skills

  • strong command of modern SEO

  • high curiosity for LLMs and conversational search

  • ability to design systems (not tasks)

  • strong data appetency and analytical rigor

  • fast experimentation and prototyping mindset

  • solid UX and CRO understanding

  • product, ICP, and GTM literacy

  • structured communication

  • ability to work with Experts and PMM without hierarchy

  • technical literacy (web, tracking, automation)

Bonus

  • programmatic SEO

  • free tools and scalable asset creation

  • deeper web or CMS integration experience

  • strong long-term vision on AI and search evolution

If you’re uncomfortable with technical topics, data analysis, or making decisions from imperfect signals, this role is not a good fit.

This role requires

You don’t need to be an engineer or an LLM expert today. You do need strong curiosity, structured thinking, and the ability to learn fast by testing.

  • Technical literacy: you can reason about websites, CMS, tracking, automation, and LLM systems. You’re not an engineer, but you think like one.

  • Strong marketing fundamentals: you understand demand capture vs demand creation, GTM dynamics, ICPs, and revenue impact — not just traffic.

  • Strong data appetency: you enjoy working with numbers, dashboards, and imperfect signals to prioritize, decide, and defend trade-offs.

🎉 Why Join LGM

If successful, this role will materially change how LGM acquires customers over the next years.

  • You join a modern marketing / growth organization.

  • You will build the organic engine for the coming years.

  • You will be mentored by a top-level Growth Senior.

  • You evolve in an advanced model: squads, PMM, and specialized Experts.

  • Huge playground: SEO, LLM SEO, website, CRO, tools, communities.

You will have a direct, massive impact on LGM’s growth.

  • 1 quick call with Simone, our HR (15 min)

  • 1 call to delve deeper together with Brice, CEO (1 hour)

  • 1 live use case demonstration with Brice and our Growth advisor

  • 1 informal coffee chat with a member of the team
