Your mission: Build the demand gen engine that turns awareness into activated, qualified leads for our Acquisition team.
How you’ll do it: You prototype systems yourself (landing pages, workflows, sequences), validate with data, document what works, then hand to Brand Experts for scale execution. You’re a builder-strategist, not a pure strategist.
The handoff: You generate and activate leads with strong buying signals → Acquisition team converts them to signups.
You’ll run our 7-step Growth Methodology:
1. Analyze → Dig into data to find high-leverage opportunities
Example: Discover 2nd-time webinar attendees show 3x stronger buying signals
2. Hypothesize → Design experiments to capture the opportunity
Example: Build system to get more attendees to 2nd webinar
3. Build → Prototype MVPs yourself in hours (landing pages, workflows, tracking)
Example: Launch multi-webinar nurture in 4.5h (Webflow + Customer.io)
4. Measure → Track results in dashboards you created
Example: Validate 2.75x improvement in activated lead rate
5. Document → Write runbooks for proven systems
Example: Create “Multi-Webinar Nurture” template
6. Scale → Hand to Brand Experts who execute at volume
Example: Community Builder runs for all webinars
7. Iterate → Test next optimization while monitoring scale execution

Awareness: Webinar registrations, LinkedIn reach, community engagement
Activation rate: Brand touchpoints (attendees, profile visitors, engagers) → activated leads with buying signals
Engagement quality: Repeat interactions, multi-channel engagement, intent signals
Lead handoff quality: % of activated leads that Acquisition team qualifies as SQL-ready
Speed of experimentation: Tests launched per month
Acquisition Team KPIs (not your responsibility):
You’re measured on: Systems that reliably generate awareness and high-quality activated leads, not final signup conversions.
Month 1: Onboard, analyze current systems, setup tracking where missing
Months 2-4: Build & validate experiments to hit 3 goals:
Improve webinar engagement rate (registrants → attendees → repeat attendees)
Increase activated lead volume (engaged prospects showing buying signals)
Improve lead quality (activated leads → qualified for Acquisition team handoff)
Success = measurable uplift on these 3 metrics by month 4.
