On a daily basis, you will be part of the Growth team and will work with Marvin, our Head of Growth.
As Paid Acquisition Manager at Orus, your goal will be to participate in the development and sustainability of the Paid division and to successfully develop and execute our paid acquisition strategy.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Defining the acquisition strategy across all our paid channels (Search, Social, and other levers) and contributing to the development of budgets.
Executing the strategy by steering the road map and managing all internal and external stakeholders (media buyers, creative strategists, etc.).
Managing and optimizing campaigns on different platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Define key performance indicators and analyze results on a daily basis.
Manage tracking requirements to ensure the stability of data associated with our campaigns.
Be the primary point of contact for our partners in the context of support programs (Google, Meta, etc.).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our acquisition by working with the product, website, and sales teams.
You have more than 5 years of experience in paid marketing, growth, or demand generation roles (in an agency, as a freelancer, or with an advertiser).
You are data-driven, with strong analytics skills (comfortable manipulating data and drawing relevant insights from it).
You are fully proficient in at least one advertising network (social or search).
You have experience using tracking and marketing tools.
You know how to work in a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
You are independent and proactive.
