Run data-driven growth experiments across channels — email, LinkedIn, content, partnerships, and automation.
Test, learn, and iterate quickly to identify what drives engagement and conversions.
Automate Intelligently
Build scalable outreach and lead-generation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Zapier.
Design automations that save time, multiply output, and boost efficiency across the funnel.
Collaborate Across GTM
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to align campaigns, share insights, and continuously improve performance.
Work closely with leadership to translate data into strategy.
Analyse & Optimise
Track key growth metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine experiments for maximum ROI.
Turn data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
Creative Outreach & Storytelling

Learn Fast, Execute Faster
Work alongside high-calibre SaaS operators, learning how to scale a GTM engine from first principles.
Build a deep understanding of enterprise finance buyers and what makes them tick.
Requirements:
You have 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Sales Ops, or Demand Generation — ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
Or you’re a recent graduate who’s already built something — a project, a startup, or a personal brand — and you’ve proven you can execute.
You’re analytical and creative in equal measure: you love testing, optimising, and turning data into action.
You’re fluent with modern GTM tools — HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
You’re curious, autonomous, and execution-focused — you move fast, take initiative, and deliver results.
You’re passionate about experimentation, technology, and scaling impact.
You’re fluent in English (French is a plus).
You know how to design and run experiments that produce measurable results.
You can automate workflows and optimise processes to scale efficiently.
You’re comfortable analysing performance metrics, identifying insights, and iterating based on data.
You collaborate naturally with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring growth initiatives are aligned and high-impact.
