Customer & Production Delivery: This team conducts a smooth symphony in delivering our products and services to clients. It involves overseeing a group of project leaders responsible for receiving client briefs, coordinating shoots, and handling post-production, all the way to validating and delivering showcases for all our clients.
Strategy & Operations: This team propels the company's growth by facilitating key projects with the right methodology and collaborations. They support strategic decisions, lead cross-functional projects, and provide resources to streamline overall business operations.
People: The People team supports the company's strategy through recruitment, engagement, and employee development. They also work on programs that contribute to improving the employee experience, aligned with Welcome's values, making everyday work more exciting!
Finance: The Finance team ensures the smooth flow of billing and payments from our suppliers and clients, analyzes our performance, and guides strategic decisions. They are also responsible for forecasting future revenues and costs to ensure sustainable growth in the years to come!
Legal: The Legal team guides us through all legal matters affecting Welcome to the Jungle's various teams. They ensure that the company, its leaders, and its employees conduct their activities in an ethical, honest manner, and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
