👋🏻 Your purpose:
As part of our strategy to expand and strengthen our tech partnership ecosystem, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Activating and scaling strategic technology partnerships with a strong focus on generating qualified business opportunities and driving revenue growth

  • Aligning internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) and external partners to co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention

  • Overseeing seamless technical integrations and launches, ensuring they are optmised for commercial success and measurable business impact

We’re split across Content, Acquisition, Brand & Design, and Partner Marketing and we love mixing creativity with performance. Whether we're launching new products, co-hosting campaigns with partners, or building stories that resonate with restaurateurs, we do it with empathy, agility, and a deep respect for our audience.

🧑🏼‍🍳 What you will do:

Partner Activation & Performance

  • Build and drive activation plans for each partner (co-marketing, webinars, joint offers, etc.)

  • Define oppy targets and track progress closely

  • Monitor performance: adoption, lead generation, revenue impact

Go-To-Market & Enablement

  • Create key assets for Sales/CS (one-pagers, FAQs, pitch decks, etc.)

  • Work with marketing to activate partner channels and generate leads

  • Train partners on Zenchef’s product and APIs to help them scale autonomously

Integration & Product Coordination

  • Check potential interesting partners

  • Work closely with product integration to align on roadmap and goals

  • Prioritize based on business value and customer needs

  • Ensure clear documentation and enable scalability

Partner Relationship & Internal Alignment

  • Handle daily interactions with tech partners (POS, payment, loyalty, etc.)

  • Participate in regular syncs, co-lead demos, manage escalations

  • Coordinate legal, support, and marketing items with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

🍽️ What you will bring to the table:

  • 5+ years in tech partnerships, integrations (ideally SaaS)

  • Strong track record in partner activation and lead/opportunity generation

  • Comfortable with APIs language and basic technical workflows (no coding required)

  • Great project manager: structured, autonomous, and fast-moving

  • Confident communicator across teams and with external partners

  • Creative to think outside the box and find activation

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

  • Bonus: experience with Salesforce, dashboards, partner tools

Please note - this is a temporary contract (Maternity Cover) from September 2025 - December; 3 days per week.
