Your Role 

Within the Operations team, you are at the heart of the success and alignment of the Zenchef teams. Without centralized information and project management, everyone works in their own corner and hinders the overall evolution of the company.

Our Team 

Our mission as part of the Revenue Operations team is to help operational teams (Marketing, Sales, Onboarders, Account Managers, Billing, Support) meet their targets, learn from what they do and find solutions to improve their day-to-day.Growing revenue is a science, not an art. Our goal is to think hard about how we can apply scientific and data-oriented ways to manage and grow our revenue engine.

Key Missions

• You will manage the structuring of the entire knowledge base of the Zenchef teams by ensuring the proper use of our Notion tool -> you will make proposals to make it more dynamic, more fun, and more engaging
• You contribute to the preparation of internal rituals
• You manage various projects according to the needs of the Operations Director

What we're looking for

• You are a graduate of a business school and have a 3-year degree
• You are curious, analytical, and have a good mind for synthesis
• You are attracted by the startup / SaaS ecosystem and want to join a great growing startup
• You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
