As the second Lead Developer at Zeffy, you will play a crucial role in scaling the tech teams, delivering value to nonprofit organizations and fueling Zeffy’s growth. 💫


  • Manage the devs of your squad (leading of squad rituals, one on one meetings, coaching of the junior devs, responsible for the squad’s efficiency target, etc…)

  • Be the spokesperson of your squad at the General Retro Meeting (Product, Customer Success, Tech, Leadership) and at the General Tech Meeting

  • Be the Hiring Manager for team member recruitments

  • As an Individual Contributor, you are a model of efficiency

  • Be a proposal force for Tech/Processes improvements and targets

  • You are responsible for the application of Zeffy best practices in his squad (through coding, reviewing, coaching and leadership)


Front-end: React, NextJS (Typescript)
Back-end: Node.js, NestJS (Typescript)
Database: PostgreSQL, Algolia
CI/CD: Github Actions, Cypress
Other techs: GraphQL, TypeORM, Git & Github, AWS

Profil recherché

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise as a full-stack developer, preferably in web-based products or SaaS

  • Experience as a lead dev/manager in a full-stack devs team

  • Good level of spoken English
