We’ve locked in funding, audits, and an aggressive six-month mainnet timeline to launch FellowUSD—the first private USD stablecoin that regulators can live with.

If you thrive on zero-to-one, this is the ground floor.

You’ll be the first engineering hire on this new project alongside the technical co-founder.

Together you will:

• Build the Core API to abstract all the complexities of FHE from our clients.

• Write the Rust indexer & monitor that follows on-chain events and triggers decrypts.

• Ship the MVP wallet so users can wrap, send, and unwrap FUSD on day one.

• Build CI/CD, observability, and incident response for a critical system that will hold real money.

• Help keeping documentation tidy and current.

• As the team scales, manage engineers and potentially grow into management.

• Expert TypeScript and production-grade Rust.

• Proven work with EVM smart-contract integrations and Solidity ABIs.

• Real-world cryptography literacy.

• A history of setting up CI, infra, and on-call in lean teams.

• A “can’t fail” mentality to build system where failure is not an option.

• Solid React Native chops and experience shipping mobile apps.

• Leadership instinct: you’ve hired or mentored engineers and want to build a team again.
