We’re looking for an incredibly talented individual to help us build the foundations of our Human Resources within our Safety and Support departments.

As our global Safety and Support HR Leader, your mission will be to develop our HR policies and programs, global recruitment strategies, team wellness and engagement plans and programs.

You’ll work closely with the Heads of Moderation and Support Operations within our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters.

Your mission

• Further develop and promote the team culture and environment.
• Create strategies to Increase team engagement, happiness, and wellness.
• Constantly research and keep your pulse on the industry to stay atop new HR trends to continuously improve our strategies.
• Create and manage an HR and Learning and Development team.
• Craft our HR policies and processes from the ground up.
• Develop our global recruitment strategy and processes and spearhead the recruitment of talent.
• Coach and train our mid-level leaders.

Preferred experience

• You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR manager position.
