    Job description

    What we are looking for

    We are currently looking for an experienced brand marketer to lead our marketing strategy and develop Yubo’s integrated marketing plans globally.

    Reporting to the Global Head of Brand Marketing, you will develop our brand voice and execute on multi-channel marketing programs with the aim to solidify our brand positioning and increase our brand awareness amongst our target audience.

    The right candidate should be familiar with running global media campaigns on multiple channels including organic & paid social media, out-of-home, TV, and influencers; they should also have experience overseeing content creation, coordinating in-app merchandising, and ideating on experiential events.

    In this role you will:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Yubo’s customer mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors and efficiently measure brand awareness & perception across key markets
    • Define Yubo’s brand marketing strategy, narrative and annual brand marketing programs globally
    • Own the brand marketing media plans & budget, define campaign goals and KPIs.
    • Ideate and oversee the creation of all media content in partnership with the creative team as well as external partners such as the media agency
    • Develop metrics and measurement solutions to demonstrate the impact of the brand programs.
    • Help drive organic user growth and reduce CAC through an increase in awareness amongst target audiences
    • Build the company’s expertise in the social media space & trends, feeding insights to the whole team on a regular basis
    • Partner with the performance marketing, communications, social media & community teams in order to bring to life the 360 marketing plans and ensure the efficiency & consistence of the campaigns

    Preferred experience

    What you bring with you

    • You have a minimum 5 + years of experience working in brand marketing
    • Fantastic project management and organizational skills
    • Track record of developing engaging and creative marketing campaigns
    • Ideally min 1 + years of team lead experience
    • Experience within a tech platform space is a plus
    • Hands-on mentality - you are willing to jump in and help your team with copywriting, graphic design, social media, etc if needed
