Challenges:

As a Facility Manager, you:

- Manage technical service providers (wifi, cameras, security, equipment, office access); level 1 support;

- Manage hardware and software (orders, account creation and deletion, tracking, inventory, after-sales service, etc.);

- Manage general service providers (works, maintenance, insurance);

- Manage day-to-day purchasing (food, supplies, etc.);

- Provide logistical support for internal events;

- Manage budgets related to these missions;

Technical & Mindset Prerequisites

>Professional background:

• Start-up / Scale-up

• > 2 years as Facility Manager

>Specific knowledge:

• English B2-C1

• Must have: Mastery of Google Workspace, knowledge of notion would be a plus

• Service provider management

• Budget management

• IT (hardware + software) asset management

>Soft skills:
