Your Missions:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be in direct contact with customers and prospects, helping them get the most out of Yousign’s SaaS platform. Your mission is not only to provide outstanding support but also to drive small deal closures, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine customer service, sales, and relationship management, with the ambition to grow into a Commercial Account Executive or join the Customer Solutions department.

This is a hybrid role between support and sales, giving you end-to-end visibility over the customer lifecycle in a high-impact SaaS environment.
You will:
Recruitment Process:
1️⃣ A first interview with Laila, Talent Acquisition Manager - 30 minutes.
2️⃣ An interview with your future manager - 45 minutes.
3️⃣ A case study that you'll discuss in a panel with the hiring managers - 60 minutes.
4️⃣ A final interview with a Director - 30 minutes.
