📋 Context

Within the global HR department and specifically assigned to the HR project department, you will help Younited define, implement, monitor and advertise its CSR strategy and policy. As CSR analyst, we expect you to be proactive within the HR team, watching all processes and actions from a CSR standpoint, and documenting our progress and achievements.

🚀 Your Missions

You’ll be in charge of:

Defining the company’s CSR strategy and action-plan

  • Work on the B-Corp certification process (finalization of the BIA assessment for submission, formalization of supporting documents etc.).
  • Assist the project manager:
  • in defining the CSR strategy of the firm, by prioritizing the company’s principal areas of social and environmental impact.
  • in developing a roadmap with improvement objectives to be attained within a structured timeline for each key impact area identified in the CSR strategy.
  • in writing the company’s first CSR report.

Regulatory Oversight

  • Monitor regulatory developments (at the EU and national level) on CSR topics / sustainable finance and analyze implications for the company’s operations and compliance.
  • Produce reports to illustrate regulatory requirements in a clear, exhaustive, and succinct way - to be shared with different teams within the firm.

CSR Actions

  • Collect and categorize best practices based on the main CSR engagements of the company; facilitate the setting of priorities among different areas of intervention (gather information, weight pros and cons, match ambitions with resource availability etc.).
  • Help the project manager select and carry out CSR missions:
  • Coordination of internal campaigns – logistics, data tracking, reporting.
  • Organization of webinars with the company’s partner for CSR engagement (Vendredi) to raise awareness on relevant topics – e.g., diversity and inclusion: promotion to employees of mentorship programs for underprivileged children for example.
  • Plan and carry out days of civic engagement for employees (“journées solidaires”), during which groups of about 20 employees dedicate one working day in a local NGO.

Communication

  • Work with the communication & brand team to ensure optimal communication of CSR actions outside the company (writing LinkedIn posts, create visuals etc.).
  • Share contents on the company’s internal channels of communication (Slack, email).
    o Participate in briefing meeting with executive members and different business teams to ensure their onboarding with the CSR strategy.

Profil recherché

🤩 Your profile

  • You are a graduate student (enrolled in a master’s degree program or equivalent), ideally in the fields of CSR or sustainable development. Alternatively in finance, economics, or political science with a minor or substantial relevant coursework in CSR or sustainability
  • You act as an entrepreneur and wish to join a fast-changing, fast-paced company
  • You’re passionate about CSR, sustainable finance, and want to contribute to making Younited a force for good
  • You’re very organized
  • You’re proactive and a critical thinker
  • You’re fluent in English
